Red Snapper with Mustard Sauce

You don't have so much time to prepare the diner tonight. You are looking for something quick and easy to cook. Here is the one

Ingredients:

4 red snapper fillets
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 stalks green onions
Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Grease a baking dish. Place the red snapper fillets in the baking dish.
Drizzle with the lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Broil fish in oven for 8 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the mustard sauce. Finely chop the green onions. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, green onions and salt. Mix well.
Spread the sauce over the grilled fish and broil for 2 minutes more until the sauce begins to bubble.
You can serve with steamed rice which is really nice to finish the sauce.
